New clients signing up for group classes start at the basic level. This is to ensure that every body is capable of executing the exercises we teach, and able to safely handle the resistance of our apparatus. Mastery at the basic level will ensure a safe transition to higher levels.
A challenging 45-minute workout that teaches you the basic and intermediate mat exercises in the Pilates system. Provides a strong foundation for the apparatus classes and improves posture.
Learn the basic exercises on the Reformer, an apparatus outfitted with a moving carriage loaded with springs for strength and flexibility training.
The Wall Unit Tower is loaded with arm and leg springs, and a couple of bars that assist with spinal mobility. This class will target abs, glutes, hips, shoulders, and back.

For those who have mastered the basic level classes, get a full-body workout incorporating the Reformer, Towers, Barrels, Pedi Poles, and small props. Moves at a vigorous pace.
FOR EXPERIENCED STUDENTS
Students who have mastered the Basics and have been assessed, or have taken private lessons to prepare them for the Intermediate level work, may join the following classes:
Many new exercises are added on at this level. Inversions are introduced. There is more emphasis on strength training, flexibility, and balance work. Challenges endurance, concentration, and precision.
A very challenging workout on the Reformer that adds in some inversions, and challenges greater endurance, balance, strength, flexibility, and control.
An intense and dynamic workout for those who are very familiar with the intermediate level exercises on all apparatus. Target the whole body on the Reformer, Towers, Barrels, Pedi Poles, and small props. This class moves at a fast pace. Get ready to really sweat!
This class leads men through a challenging and fast-paced intermediate to advanced level Tower workout and introduces a number of upper body exercises Joseph Pilates traditionally taught only to men.
To do the Mat work with control, precision, and fluidity, students must have been doing the previous levels and classes.
This class teaches the original 34 exercises created by Joseph Pilates. It may also throw in some Romana Kryzanowska variations. The pace is fast. Control and concentration are prerequisites to ensure proper form and safety.
AND SPECIAL CLASSES
A fun mat workout for 13-18 year olds that focuses on posture and building core strength and flexibility. Props are used to assist and correct. Music is played in this class.
Vinyasa, Kripalu, Yin/Yang, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga.
Our Yoga room features a radiant-heated floor. The warmth of the floor is welcoming and relaxing, helping tight muscles ease into the movements. We provide all of the props you may need: mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and meditation cushions.
