Agamjot Singh has been practicing Kundalini Yoga and Meditation since 2012. He has learned the essential elements of Meditation and offers to share his knowledge and experience. This practice has guided him through personal blocks and obstacles so that he could find his true self. He is grateful for the practice that has guided him on his journey and equipped him with the invaluable tools to face any challenge with grace.
A Meditation with a focus on stress relief. This class will help calm the body and mind. It works to keep the nervous system balanced and strong. Each class includes warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), meditation and ends in relaxing savasana. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary to participate in this class.
